摘要 首先介绍了一种由碳纤维成型的全密封结构形式的雷达机箱,该机箱是某便携式雷达的结构载体,要求小型化和轻量化设计。采用高强度碳纤维结构形式进行轻量化设计,该机箱满足雷达的轻量化要求,并且具备包括电磁屏蔽在内的全密封性,能使雷达各分系统处于良好的密封环境内。介绍了该碳纤维机箱的组成结构形式和成型方法,包括防水密封措施、散热设计方法以及预埋件和铺层的工艺成型过程与方法,最后采用仿真软件进行整机的热仿真分析,热仿真结果表明,箱体的散热能力满足雷达的要求。 First, a fully sealed case made from carbon fiber is introduced in this paper. As the structural carrier of some portable radar, this case demands small-size and light-weight design. The use of the high strength carbon fiber structure makes the radar light in weight. At the same time, its full sealing, including electromagnetic shielding, makes all radar subsystems in good sealing conditions. Besides, its structural composition and processing method are also discussed, including the water-proof measures, dissipation design method and embedded part and layer processing. Finally, the thermal simulation analysis of the whole case is carried out by using simulation software. Simulation results show that the case is qualified in heat dissipation.
