摘要
探讨基于OBE理念“跨境电商物流”课程混合式教学模式改革,以推动高职院校混合式教学发展。基于OBE教育理念,调研企业需求,分析跨境电商物流专员岗位典型工作任务和岗位职业能力,确定课程教学目标和教学内容。在充分开发课程资源基础上,采用混合式教学模式实现课前自主学习、课中知识内化、课后拓展提升。最后通过调研证明课程改革成效明显,提高了学生的职业能力和岗位适应性。
In order to promote the development of blended teaching in higher vocational colleges, we discussed the teaching reform measures for the Cross-border E-commerce Logistics course based on the OBE concept. Then, after investigating enterprise demand, we analyzed the typical tasks and vocational ability requirements toward cross-border e-commerce logistics specialists, and determined the teaching objective and content of the course. After fully developing the course resources, we adopted the blended teaching mode to realize pre-class autonomous learning, in-class knowledge internalization, and after-class ability expansion. Finally, through investigation, we proved that the teaching reform has achieved remarkable results and improved the students’ vocational ability and job adaptability.
