摘要
为改变传统人工推拉的方式清洗炮膛的现状,以火炮清膛机的使用特点及技术要求为根据,通过对高压水射流基本结构和相关参数进行分析,采用固体有限体积法对清理过程进行仿真,研究水射流的清除机制,并设计一种基于高压水射流全方位清理火炮内膛积碳、挂铜和挂尼龙,且可实现在炮膛内伸缩回转往复运动的火炮清膛机。针对国内炮膛维护的需求及维护过程中存在的问题,结合野外作业的实际情况,重点给出该火炮清膛装置的设计方案、装置构成及工作原理。装置采用整体布局方式,在确保使用功能的前提下,该装置的操作较为简单、动作实用,并且能够对结构做进一步的优化,一定程度上缩短传动链,以保障装置正常运作,减少故障的发生,使得后期维修保养更加方便,最大程度上延长其使用寿命。
In order to change the status quo of the traditional manual push and pull cleaning method, based on the use characteristics and technical requirements of gun cleaning machine, through the analysis of the basic structure and related parameters of high-pressure water jet, the solid finite volume method was used to simulate the cleaning process, and the cleaning mechanism of water jet was studied.A gun cleaning machine based on high pressure water jet was designed to clean carbon, copper and nylon in the gun bore in all directions, and it could achieve the reciprocating movement of telescopic rotation in the gun bore.In view of the domestic demand and problems existing in the maintenance process of the gun bore, combined with the actual situation of field operation, the design scheme, device composition and working principle of the gun bore cleaning device were put forward.The device was adopted overall layout.On the premise of ensure the use function, the equipment operation is simple, practical, and can do further structure optimization.To a certain extent, the transmission chain is shortened, to ensure equipment normal operation, reduce the occurrence of fault, make late maintenance more convenient, so its service life is prolonged to the maximum extent.
