CT监测技术在巷道底鼓问题中的应用

摘要 冲击地压引发底鼓问题持续影响矿井正常开采,底鼓发生的原因有很多,诸如底煤厚度、工作面回采速度、巷道拐角煤应力集中、工作面“见方”、采场支架工作阻力不足等。郭家河煤矿1307工作面回采至停采线附近时,工作面巷道变形明显,以底鼓为主。以1307工作面为研究对象,应用CT监测技术对底鼓发生前后震动波速数据进行反演,研究高速波区域在底鼓发生前后位置的转移,分析底鼓产生的原因,对煤矿冲击地压危险起到了预警作用,为矿井安全高效生产提供了保障。 The problem of floor heave caused by rockburst continues to affect the normal mining of the mine.There are many reasons for the occurrence of floor heave,such as the thickness of the bottom coal,the mining speed of the working face,the stress concentration of the coal at the corner of the roadway,the"square"of the working face,and the insufficient working resistance of the stope support.When the 1307 working face of Guojiahe Coal Mine was mined near the stope line,the roadway deformation of the working face was obvious,mainly floor heave.Taking 1307 working face as the research object,CT monitoring technology is applied to inverse the seismic wave velocity data before and after the occurrence of floor heave,study the transfer of high-speed wave area before and after the occurrence of floor heave,analyze the causes of floor heave,play an early warning role in the risk of coal mine rockburst,and provide a guarantee for safe and efficient production of the mine.
