高大塔柱墩柱混凝土的养护 被引量:4

摘要 混凝土的高空养护一直是悬索桥、斜拉桥主塔及高大墩柱的重难点。塔柱的施工工期一般近一年,需经历季节变化,塔柱混凝土属于高强、高性能混凝土,壁厚柱高,水化热大,为防止塔柱混凝土出现裂缝,混凝土的养护措施极其重要。以武汉杨泗港长江大桥主塔养护工艺为依托,对高大塔柱、墩柱养护工艺进行分析,提出施工中塔柱侧面养护采用爬模木模板养护与混凝土养护剂衔接,塔柱节段水平面采用蓄水养生的养护组合方式。 Concrete curing at high level is an important issue of major tower-pier of suspension bridge and cable-stayed bridge.The construction period of tower-pier is about one year in general,which passes through seasons changing.Otherwise,concrete tower-pier should have high strength and performance.While the large amount of hydration heat and thick structure make challenges to prevent crack showing.The concrete curing of tower-pier is significant for above reasons.Based on concrete curing experience and analysis on major tower-pier of Wuhan Yangsigang Yangtze River Bridge,we propose a kind of method which combine the climbing formwork template and concrete curing agent in construction,and water soak curing on divide surface of tower-pier.
