摘要
研究了重症脑卒中患者在护理期间共同予以个体化营养支持、集束化护理干预后所产生的作用及成效。选取2020年3月—2022年3月惠阳三和医院收治的100例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,后续比对中依据抛币法,将所有研究对象划分为人数均等的两组,分别命名为对照组和研究组,依次实施常规护理与个体化营养支持、集束化护理干预。将两组患者在护理期间的整体生活质量、不良情绪变化进行评估,并记录护理过程中患者的满意程度。研究表明,研究组对于综合生活指数的整体评价及与出院标准的符合情况,均高于对照组,研究数据可参考价值高(P<0.05)。个体化营养支持与集束化护理干预是通过科学式的引导来稳定患者情绪,并在过程中提供针对性护理服务,对于患者体内营养水平的控制及生活质量的提升有显著成效。
To study the effect of individualized nutritional support and intensive nursing intervention on patients with severe stroke during nursing.100 stroke patients admitted to Huiyang Sanhe Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.In the follow-up comparison,according to the coin throwing method,all the research objects were divided into two groups with equal numbers,named as the control group and the research group respectively.Routine nursing care,individualized nutrition support and intensive nursing intervention were implemented in turn.The overall quality of life and the change of bad mood of the two groups of patients during the nursing period were evaluated,and the satisfaction degree in the nursing process was recorded.The study showed that the overall evaluation of the comprehensive life index and the compliance with discharge criteria in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the research data had high reference value(P<0.05);Individualized nutrition support and cluster nursing intervention stabilize patients’emotions through scientific guidance,and provide targeted nursing services in the process,which has significant effects on the control of patients’nutritional level and the improvement of their quality of life.
