摘要
研究行腹腔镜患者在治疗过程中实行综合护理后对疾病恢复产生的作用及成效。选取2020年3月—2022年3月在重庆市垫江县人民医院接受腹腔镜治疗的100例患者作为实验对象,后续比对中依据抛币法,将所有研究人员划分为人数均等的两组,以对照组和研究组作为本次研究的组别名称,依次实施常规护理与综合护理,将各组患者在护理期间的基本恢复情况、整体生活质量进行评估,记录过程中出现的腹胀情况与护理满意程度。研究显示综合护理能够有效缓解腹腔镜治疗所产生的不适感,缩短住院周期,对于整体生活质量的提高与胃肠蠕动的改善作用显著。
To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on disease recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopy.From March 2020 to March 2022,100 patients who were treated by laparoscopy in Dianjiang People’s Hospital of Chongqing were selected as the experimental subjects.In the follow-up comparison,all researchers were divided into two groups with equal numbers according to the coin toss method.The control group and the research group were used as the group names of this study.Routine care and comprehensive care were carried out in turn,and the basic recovery and overall quality of life of patients in each group during the nursing period were evaluated,t he abdominal distension and nursing satisfaction were recorded.Research shows that comprehensive nursing can effectively alleviate the discomfort caused by laparoscopic treatment,improve the overall quality of life and gastrointestinal peristalsis significantly,and effectively shorten the hospitalization cycle.
