摘要
探究了胸部低剂量CT扫描技术的应用效果与临床价值。选定常州市第三人民医院2020年1月—12月收治的120例胸部CT扫描患者为探究病例,参照随机数字表法进行分组,其中对照组(n=60例)施行常规剂量CT扫,探究组(n=60例)施行胸部低剂量CT扫描,探究组病灶征象检出情况和对照组间并没有差异性表现(P>0.05)。探究组的图像质量好率与对照组接近,差异不显著(P>0.05)。探究组的扫描参数与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。研究发现,实施CT扫描技术,在临床上为患者施行胸部低剂量CT扫描技术相对可获得更高的临床价值,不影响图像的获取,使用的剂量更低,受检患者更安全,值得临床诊断工作借鉴。
The application effect and clinical value of low dose chest CT scanning technology were explored.120 patients with chest CT scan admitted to Changzhou Third People’s Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as exploratory cases.The grouping arrangement was completed according to the random number table method.The control group(n=60 cases)received routine dose CT scanning;The exploratory group(n=60 cases)underwent low-dose CT scanning of the chest.There was no diff erence between the detection of lesion signs in the exploration group and the control group(P>0.05).The good rate of image quality in the exploration group was close to that in the control group,with no significant diff erence(P>0.05).The scanning parameters in the exploration group were significantly diff erent from those in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the implementation of CT scanning technology and the implementation of low-dose chest CT scanning technology for patients in clinical practice can relatively obtain higher clinical value,do not affect the acquisition of images,use lower doses,and the tested patients are safer,which is worthy of reference for clinical diagnosis.
