摘要
探究了针对性护理干预在结肠癌病患护理中改善病症的效果。选取山西省肿瘤医院2019年1月—2021年6月救治的60例结肠癌患者作为研究对象,结合Excel表将患者随机分为参照组与研究组,每组各30例。参照组予以常规护理,研究组予以针对性护理,对比两组患者病症的改善程度。研究组患者病症改善率为(90.00%),明显多于参照组的病症改善率(73.33%),两组对比,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,对结肠癌患者予以针对性护理支持有助于提高救治效果,促使其尽快痊愈,以缓解其经济负担,值得临床广泛运用与推广。
This paper explored the effect of targeted nursing intervention in improving symptoms of colon cancer patients.60 patients with colon cancer treated in Shanxi Provincial Cancer Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research object,and the patients were randomly divided into the reference group and the research group with 30 patients in each group,the reference group was given routine care,and the research group was given targeted care to compare the improvement of the symptoms of the two groups.The disease improvement rate of the study group(90.00%)was significantly higher than that of the reference group(73.33%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study found that targeted nursing support for colon cancer patients is helpful to improve the treatment effect,promote their recovery as soon as possible,and ease their economic burden,which is worthy of extensive clinical application and promotion.
