摘要
井漏给钻井作业带来非常大的危害,目前钻井漏失尚无经济高效的测漏方法。鉴于井漏实质是钻井液由井筒向地层流动,文章介绍了一种测流量确定漏点的方法,通过钻杆将测漏仪下放到不同井深位置测漏速,然后打捞出测漏仪连接专用软件确定漏点,再用原钻杆进行堵漏作业;也可起钻后将测漏仪连接专用软件确定漏点。为了保证流量计安全有效的工作,设计了专用测漏接头和配件。该方法能解决大斜度井、水平井或复杂井段电缆下放仪器困难无法测漏的问题,为钻井漏失测漏提供了一种新的经济可行的手段。
Well leakage is a very high hazard to drilling operations, and there is currently no cost-effective instrumental detecting method for drilling leakage.Well leakage is essentially the flow of drilling fluid from the wellbore to the formation, this paper introduces a method of using leak detector to different well depth positions to measure the leakage rate through the drill-pipe, then the leak detector can be fished and connected to the special software to determine the leakage point, and then the original drill pipe is used to plug the leak.It is also possible to connect the leak detector to special software to determine the leakage point after tripping out the drill pipe to the ground.In order to ensure the safe and effective operation of the leak detector, a special joint and accessories designed.This method can solve the problem that it is difficult to put the instrument down by cable in highly deviated well, horizontal well or complex well section, and provides a new economical and feasible means for drilling leakage detection.
