摘要
针对传统植物生理学实验存在材料单一性和实验周期性长等缺陷,结合暨南大学科研优势,将螺旋藻应用于植物生理学综合性实验。实验很好地囊括了植物生理学中植物生长与环境、细胞分裂、光合作用等知识点。该文从实验原理、实验方法与操作及实验结果与分析等方面进行了介绍。实践表明,该实验有效激发了学生实验兴趣,增强了学生的综合实验能力,提高了植物生理学实验教学质量和效果。
In view of the defects of traditional plant physiology experiments,such as single material and long experiment cycle,Spirulina was applied in the comprehensive experiment of plant physiology combined with the scientific research advantages of Jinan university.The experiment includes plant growth and environment,cell division,photosynthesis and other knowledge points in plant physiology.This paper introduces the experimental principle,experimental method and operation,experimental results and analysis.The practice shows that the experiment effectively stimulates students’interest in experiment,enhances students’comprehensive experiment ability,and improves the teaching quality and effect of plant physiology experiment.
