摘要
为了寻求反击式破碎机破碎效率最高的转子转速,通过3D扫描技术建立了岩石颗粒模型,通过现场调研建立了反击式破碎三维模型,运用EDEM软件对多颗粒进行破碎过程仿真。采用单一因素法,建立转子转速对岩石破碎效率的仿真方案,利用EDEM软件进行仿真模拟,运用Origin数据处理软件对仿真结果进行拟合,得到以黏结键断裂数、破碎能耗及单位断裂键能耗为评价指标的破碎效率与转速的拟合方程,通过断裂键及能耗综合分析,对反击式破碎机进行转速优化,获得破碎效率最佳的转子转速,对反击式破碎机在现实生产中的应用具有指导意义。
In order to find the rotor speed with the highest crushing efficiency of the impact crusher,the rock particle model is established by 3D scanning technology.The three-dimensional model of the impact crusher is established through on-site investigation.EDEM is used to simulate the crushing process of multiple particles.The single factor method is used to establish a simulation scheme of rotor speed to rock crushing efficiency.EDEM is used to simulate,and Origin data processing software is used to fit the simulation results.The fitting equation of crushing efficiency and rotational speed with consumption as the evaluation index.Through the comprehensive analysis of broken bonds and energy consumption,the rotational speed of the impact crusher is optimized,and the rotor speed with the best crushing efficiency is obtained,which is of guiding significance to the actual production of impact crusher.
