摘要
分析了海上钻井平台用钢丝绳的无损检测技术,包括近年来在电磁方法、声波辐射(AE)、超声波、X射线和γ射线、光学计算机视觉等主题方面的进展。评估各种方法在检测内部和外部局部缺陷(即断丝)的能力、估计金属横截面面积损失的能力、检测钢丝绳及其端部配件的能力及操作效率。
This paper analyzes the non-destructive testing technology of steel wire ropes for offshore drilling platforms,and introduces recent advances in topics such as electromagnetic methods,acoustic radiation(AE),ultrasound,X andγrays,optical computer vision.The ability of various methods to detect internal and external localized defects(i.e.broken wires)is evaluated.The loss of metal cross-sectional area,detect wire rope and its end fittings,and operational efficiency are estimated.
