基于蚂蚁森林的我国居民数字化碳减排意愿研究

摘要 居民参与节能减排是实现我国“双碳”目标的重要手段。以蚂蚁森林等新型互联网公益平台为例,深入分析居民参与低碳生活方式的情感意愿。通过灰色预测模型预测蚂蚁森林的减碳固碳量效果,并运用扎根理论,对爬取的评论数据编码建模,探究用户参与在线植树减碳的情感构成和意愿动机。从反馈机制、用户界面、用户体验、平台信任、数据安全等方面提出建议,促进其与“双碳”实践融合。 More residents participate in energy conservation and emission reduction is an important means to achieve the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality".This paper takes Ant Forest and other new Internet public welfare platforms as an example to analyze residents emotional willingness to participate in low-carbon lifestyle.The grey prediction model is used to predict the effect of carbon reduction and carbon fixation of ant forest,and the grounding theory method is used to code and model the crawling review data to explore the emotional composition and intention motivation of users to participate in tree planting and carbon reduction online.Put forward suggestions from feedback mechanism,user interface,user experience,platform trust,data security and other aspects to promote its integration with "carbon peak and carbon neutral" practice.
