摘要
采用铸造工艺制作完成了具有复杂形状的锡青铜红船艺术品。首先基于红船纪念品样图对锡青铜红船艺术品铸件外观进行总体设计,用UG软件对铸件进行三维建模;然后采用顶注开放式浇注系统及冒口,利用ProCAST软件分析铸件的充型和凝固过程,以及缩孔、缩松缺陷分布等,确定红船铸件的最终工艺方案;再进行铸型和砂芯的设计,并利用3D打印技术制备出砂型及砂芯,最终生产出锡青铜薄壁中空红船艺术品。
A tin bronze red boat artwork with a complex shape was designed and actually produced. Firstly, the appearance of tin bronze red boat artwork was designed based on the master drawing of red boat souvenirs, and the 3D modeling of casting was carried out by the UG software. Then, the top injection gating system and risers were adopted to determine the final casting process scheme of the red boat artwork casting after analyzing the filling process, solidification process, shrinkage and porosity defect distribution by the ProCAST software. Subsequently, the sand molds and sand core were designed and fabricated by the 3D printing to produce the thin-wall hollow tin bronze red boat artwork, which exhibits an exquisite appearance as well as excellent artistic appreciation value and collection value.
