摘要
针对掘进机在运行过程中采用人工控制效率低、安全性差的问题,提出了一种新的掘进机远程虚拟自动截割控制系统,利用虚拟现实技术建立了虚拟模型和掘进机之间的联动控制系统,实现了虚拟模型和井下掘进机的同步运行。根据实际应用表明,虚拟机截割轨迹和掘进机截割轨迹的重合度高达99.4%,实现了井下掘进机的无人化控制,具有极大的应用推广价值。
In view of the shortcomings of low efficiency and poor safety of manual control during the operation of roadheader,a new remote virtual automatic cutting control system for roadheader is proposed,and a linkage control system between virtual model and roadheader is established by using virtual reality technology to realize the synchronous operation of virtual model and underground roadheader.According to the practical application,the overlap between the cut-off trajectory of the virtual machine and the cut-off trajectory of the roadheader is as high as 99.4%,which realizes the unmanned control of the underground roadheader and has great application and promotion value.
