摘要 针对主通风机风量、风压调节效率低,可靠性差的问题,提出了一种新的矿井主通风机智能监控及调整系统。该系统采用风量、风压变频控制理论,实现了对风量、风压的分段调控。根据实际应用表明,新的控制系统实现了主通风机的变频控制,同时将运行时的电能消耗降低了12.6%,有效提升了主通风机的运行效率和经济性。 Aiming at the shortcomings of low efficiency and poor reliability of main ventilation fan air volume and pressure regulation,a new intelligent monitoring and adjustment system of mine main ventilation fan is proposed,which adopts the annual air volume and pressure frequency control theory to realize the segmental regulation and control of air volume and pressure.According to the practical application,the new control system realizes the frequency control of main ventilation fan,and at the same time reduces the power consumption during operation by 12.6%,which The new control system can realize the inverter control of the main ventilation fan and reduce the power consumption by 12.6%,which effectively improves the operation efficiency and economy of the main ventilation fan.
