方坯连铸机升降机装置故障分析与改进

摘要 首钢长治钢铁有限公司炼钢厂自8号连铸机改造开产以来,连铸机在运行过程中升降机部位由于结构设计不合理导致故障频发,造成坯料运送不畅,坯料堆积,严重影响连铸机的生产节奏。针对故障问题进行原因分析,并对该机构链条拨爪外形尺寸、机构框架稳定性及滑轨倾角等方面做出优化改进,改进后的升降机系统在实际生产中运行良好,效果显著。 Since the revamping and production of No.8 continuous casting machine in the steelmaking plant of Shougang Changzhi Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the failure of the lift part of the continuous casting machine occurred frequently due to the unreasonable structural design during the operation process,resulting in the poor delivery of billets and the accumulation of billets,which seriously affected the production rhythm of the continuous casting machine.The reason for the failure is analyzed,and the overall dimensions of the chain pawl,the stability of the mechanism frame and the slide rail inclination are optimized and improved.The improved elevator system runs well in the actual production,and the effect is remarkable.
