摘要
介绍了冶金钢铁生产过程中的主要产品质量控制因素,并分析了在转炉生产炼铁过程中氧的形成与影响,预测了在转炉生产炼铁中的主要脱氧方案与具体操作,为脱氧工艺在转炉生产炼铁中的运用提供科技引导与支持,以达到全面提高转炉产品质量的目的。
This paper introduces the main product quality control factors in the process of metallurgical steel production,analyzes the formation and influence of oxygen in the iron making process of converter production,and forecasts the main deoxidization schemes and specific operations in the iron making process of converter production.The purpose is to provide scientific and technological guidance and support for the application of deoxidation process in converter ironmaking,so as to achieve the overall improvement of converter product quality.
