摘要 创新作为企业的立身之本、活力之源,是面对时代变革寻找生机和出路的必然条件,为进一步提升企业创新成果产出能力和转化效率,在创新系统构建中融入双元创新和生态系统理论,提出了基于循环创新链的双元创新生态系统。系统主要涵盖三个方面:高校、研究所及其他合作企业协同产出的双元创新供给系统;以市场为主导,面向消费者及下游企业的创新产业化需求系统;政府、金融机构和第三方监督机构共同保障支撑的创新生态系统共生环境。该系统的构建为企业提供了稳定的创新经济途径和资源共享手段,最大限度挖掘其创新潜能,同时各主体间的高效联动,能够进一步为创新成果转化增添新动能。 As the foundation of enterprises and the source of vitality, innovation is an inevitable condition for enterprises to find vitality and way out in the face of the changes of the times. In order to further improve the output capacity and transformation efficiency of enterprises’ innovation achievements, the theory of bivariate innovation and ecosystem is integrated into the construction of innovation system, and a bivariate innovation ecosystem based on circular innovation chain is proposed. The system mainly covers three aspects: the bivariate innovation supply system of collaborative output of universities, research institutes and other cooperative enterprises;market-oriented innovation industrialization demand system for consumers and downstream enterprises;the government, financial institutions and third-party supervisory institutions jointly ensure and support the symbiotic environment of the innovation ecosystem. The establishment of this system provides enterprises with a stable way of innovation economy and means of resource sharing, and maximizes the exploitation of their innovation potential. Meanwhile, the efficient linkage among various subjects can further add new impetus to the transformation of innovation achievements.
