摘要
材料的表面缺陷是影响疲劳寿命的重要因素,研究了激光标印和振动标印后2A70铝合金低周循环载荷下的低周疲劳行为。研究了标印对疲劳寿命的影响规律以及断裂机理。结果表明:经过振动标印后的2A70合金比母材的低周疲劳寿命下降69%,而激光标印后下降了99%;激光标印后的痕迹更为尖锐,导致的应力集中较大,从而使得低周疲劳性能下降、寿命降低。
The surface defects of materials are important factors affecting the fatigue life. The low-cycle fatigue behavior of 2A70 aluminum alloy under low cycle load after laser and vibration labeling was studied, and the influence of labeling on the fatigue life and fracture mechanism were further studied. The results show that the low cycle fatigue life of 2A70 alloy after vibration marking reduces by 69% compared with that of the base metal, while reduces by 99% after laser marking.After laser marking, the trace is more sharp, resulting in a larger stress concentration, which can reduce the low cycle fatigue performance and life.
