摘要
该文在构建金融专业硕士“三维一体”课程教学质量评价指标体系的基础上,以金融数据分析课程为例,通过问卷调查数据并结合相关模型对课程教学质量进行综合评价。首先,根据教师问卷运用AHP层次法确定教学质量评价指标体系权重;其次,根据学生问卷测算教学质量评价结果,运用Tobit模型分析影响教学质量的相关因素;最后,根据结果给出相关改进措施建议。
Based on the construction of the teaching quality evaluation index system of the "Three-Dimensional Integration" course of the master of professional in finance, this paper takes the financial data analysis course as an example, and conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the teaching quality of the course through survey data combined with relevant models. Firstly, according to the teacher data, the AHP hierarchical method is used to determine the weights of the teaching quality evaluation indicators at all levels. Secondly, the teaching quality evaluation results are calculated according to the student data, and on this basis, the Tobit model is used to analyze the relevant factors affecting the teaching quality. Finally, suggestions for improvement measures are given.
