基于关节臂测量仪的大齿轮测量方法研究

摘要 目前大齿轮的测量方法依然存在着较大的提升空间,针对这一情况,提出一种基于关节臂测量仪的大齿轮测量方法。应用六自由度关节臂测量仪,对大齿轮齿廓面进行采点,收集点云数据。设计一种齿面测量辅助尺,确定关节臂测头的采样位置,并保证测头的采样方向一致。运用双三次NURBS插值方法,创建出实际齿面模型。通过得到的实际齿面齿廓,与两条理论齿廓间的法向距离求得齿廓偏差,运用分度圆处矢量法确定实际齿面齿距,与理论齿面齿距进行比较得到齿距偏差。最后,运用该方法对某大齿轮进行大齿轮测量,求得单个齿距偏差为21.5814μm,齿廓偏差为35.2006μm。结果表明该测量方法是可行的和有效的。 At present,the measuring method of big gear still has great development prospects.In view of this situation,a measuring method of big gear based on articulated arm measuring instrument is proposed.The six degree of freedom joint arm measuring instrument is used to collect point cloud data from the tooth profile of the big gear.A tooth surface measuring auxiliary ruler is designed to determine the sampling position of the joint arm probe and ensure that the sampling direction of the probe is consistent.By using bicubic NURBS interpolation method,the actual tooth surface model is created.The tooth profile deviation is obtained by the normal distance between the actual tooth profile obtained and the two theoretical tooth profiles.The actual tooth pitch is determined by the vector method at the dividing circle,and the tooth pitch deviation is obtained by comparing with the theoretical tooth pitch.Finally,using the method to measure a big gear,the single tooth pitch deviation is 21.5814μm,andprofile deviation is 35.2006μm.The results show that the measurement method is feasible and effective.
