摘要
农业兴则国家兴,在大国小农的基本国情下,农业现代化是新时期中国农业、农村和农民发展,巩固农业基础,保障粮食安全的能量源泉。农业科技创新实力的持续提升,为农业现代化高质量发展和乡村振兴提供动力。该文从我国农业科技创新实践出发,分析农业科技创新从全产业链升级、智慧农业发展、农业新业态、空间溢出效应及乡村环境与生活质量等方面助力乡村振兴,并提出可持续的机制建议。
The prosperity of agriculture leads to the prosperity of the country. Under the basic national conditions of small farmers in a big country, agricultural modernization is a source of energy for the development of China’s agriculture, rural areas and farmers, consolidating the agricultural foundation and ensuring food security. The continuous improvement of the strength of agricultural scientific and technological innovation provides the driving force for the high-quality development of agricultural modernization and rural revitalization. Based on the practice of agricultural scientific and technological innovation in China, this paper analyzes agricultural science and technology innovation in terms of upgrading the whole industrial chain, the development of smart agriculture, new agricultural industries, spatial spillover effects, and rural environment and quality of life to help revitalize the countryside, and then puts forward sustainable mechanism suggestions.
