摘要
随着乡村振兴战略的深入实施,农村的经济、文化和生态环境等各个方面都发生非常大的变化,现代化的新农村建设呼唤着高素质的技术技能人才。高职院校涉农专业无疑是新农村建设人才资源的重要输出基地,是服务乡村振兴的主力大军。如何使人才供给侧与人才需求侧相适应,这是时代给涉农高职院校提出的新命题。现代学徒制或可为解决当前涉农专业人才培养的问题提供新的思路和方法。该文即从现代学徒制的视角探究涉农专业人才培养模式的创新,并提出以下建议,一是加强制度保障;二是强化组织管理;三是牢固树立“双主体”意识;四是打造“双师型”教师队伍;五是重视学生的实习实践;六是重设评价机制。
With the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,great changes have taken place in the economy,culture,ecological environment and other aspects of the countryside.The construction of the new modern countryside calls for highquality technical and skilled personnel.The agriculture-related major in vocational colleges is undoubtedly an important output base of talent resources for new rural construction and a main force for rural revitalization.How to adapt the supply side of talents to the demand side of talents is a new proposition put forward by the times for vocational colleges related to agriculture.Modern apprenticeship may provide a new idea and method to solve the problem of cultivating agriculture-related professionals.From the perspective of modern apprenticeship,this paper explores the innovation of the cultivation mode of agriculture-related professional talents,and puts forward six suggestions,first,to strengthen the system guarantee;second,to strengthen the organization and management;third,to firmly establish the consciousness of"double subject";fourth,to build a team of"double-qualified"teachers;fifth,to attach importance to students’practice;and the sixth is to reset the evaluation mechanism.
