摘要
目的:对青少年游泳运动员T水平、免疫因子和心肺耐力进行分析,探索三者之间关联性,为表型组学研究提供数据参考。方法:选取581名游泳运动员为研究对象,比较基础数据、骨龄、心肺能力等指标。结果:在骨龄、T、Total IGE、IGA、VO2max、VC、FVC、FEV1.0、MMF、PEF、PEF25、PEF50、MVV、TV水平,男性游泳运动员显著高于女性游泳运动员(P<0.05或P<0.01)。在IGM、IGG、FEV1.0%水平,男性游泳运动员显著低于女性游泳运动员(P<0.05或P<0.01)。在整体相关性中,T水平与VO2max、VC、FVC、FEV1.0、MMF、PEF、PEF25、PEF50、PEF75、MVV显著相关(P<0.05)。IGM水平与PEF50、PEF75、RR显著相关(P<0.05)。IGG水平与VO2max、FVC、FEV1.0、PEF、PEF25、PEF50、MVV、RR、TV显著相关(P<0.05)。IGA水平与VO2max、TV显著相关(P<0.05)。IL-6水平与FEV1.0、RR、TV显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:T、IGG、女性游泳运动员IGM、男性游泳运动员IL-6水平与有氧功能存在显著关联性。
Objective:Testosterone(T),immune factors and cardiorespiratory endurance were analyzed in adolescent swimmers to explore the association between the three and to provide data for phenomics studies.Methods:581 swimmers were selected for the study to compare baseline data,bone age and cardiorespiratory capacity.Results:At the levels of bone age,T,Total IGE,IGA,VO2max,VC,FVC,FEV1.0,MMF,PEF,PEF25,PEF50,MVV,TV,male swimmers were significantly higher than female swimmers(P<0.05 or P<0.01).At the levels of IGM,IGG,FEV1.0%,male swimmers were significantly lower than female swimmers(P<0.05 or P<0.01).In the overall correlation,T was significantly correlated with VO2max,VC,FVC,FEV1.0,MMF,PEF,PEF25,PEF50,PEF75 and MVV(P<0.05).IGM was significantly correlated with PEF50,PEF75 and RR(P<0.05).IGG was significantly correlated with VO2max,FVC,FEV1.0,PEF,PEF25,PEF50,MVV,RR and TV(P<0.05).IGA was significantly correlated with VO2max and TV(P<0.05).IL-6 was significantly correlated with FEV1.0,RR and TV(P<0.05).Conclusion:.There were significant correlations between T,IGG,IGM in female swimmers,and IL-6 in male swimmers and aerobic function.
