摘要
在长期的国土资源管理过程中,互联网空间和管理部门存在着一些孤立、分散的各类以图片格式保存的国土资源专题地图。然而这些地图由于各种原因缺失地理坐标系统,导致其重要的专题信息无法有效集成利用。为了顺利实施国土空间规划“一张图”,推进国土资源地理空间数据的信息共享,文中提出国土资源专题地图图片的自动配准方法。该方法首先采用数学形态学提取专题地图图片中的行政边界轮廓,之后利用归一化傅里叶描述子在行政区地理数据库中查询该行政边界轮廓对应的矢量要素,最后对同名行政边界地理要素进行粗配准和基于ICP算法的精配准。文中方法的实现为国土资源专题地图图片的数据融合奠定重要基础。
In the long-term process of land and resources management,the internet space and management departments have some isolated and scattered types of land and resources thematic maps preserved in graphic format.However,these maps lack the geographic coordinate system for various reasons,resulting in their important thematic information not being effectively integrated and used.In order to successfully implement the“one map”for territorial spatial planning and promote the information sharing of geospatial data of territorial resources,this paper proposes an automatic registration method of land and resources thematic map pictures.In this method mathematical morphology is used to extract the administrative boundary outline in the thematic map pictures,and then normalized Fourier descriptors are used to query the vector elements corresponding to this administrative boundary contour in the administrative district geodatabase,Finally,rough registration and precise registration based on ICP algorithm are carried out for the geographic elements with the administrative boundary with the same name.The realization of the method in this paper lays an important foundation for the data fusion of land and resources thematic map pictures.
