摘要
“双减”承担着学生学业压力纾解和全方位育人质量提升的双重历史重任,其重要的一项目标即在于强化课后服务且彰显其育人价值,这对于工作在条件相对局限、资源相对缺乏的农村地区的小学全科教师而言,是前所未有的考验。在此背景下,农村小学全科教师需要清晰地认识到“双减”立德树人的教育根本价值追求,把握课后服务的育人本真及自身的使命跃迁,遵循农村小学教育全方位育人规律,充分发挥全科性支撑作用,增强对农村小学生的课后服务能力。针对农村小学全科教师面临的课后服务体系不健全、课后服务低效重复、教师课后服务成就感降低、教师课堂教学质量有待提升、课后服务心理倦怠等挑战,应从多个维度着手探寻破局之策:以提升农村小学全科教师培养水平作为固本策略,以充分调动多方“减负”主体形成“家—校—社”育人合力作为联动策略,以优化在线教师交流和因地制宜开发运用线上资源作为信息化对策,以合理适度地探索学生参与服务工作作为辅助性策略,以建构全新的、充满活力的教育生态,助力农村小学生全面、充分、可持续成长。
The"double reduction"policy carries the dual historical responsibility of relieving students’academic pressure and improving the quality of all-round education,and one of its important goals is to strengthen of after-school service and highlight its nurturing value,which is an unprecedented test for general teachers in rural primary schools where conditions are relatively limited and resources are relatively scarce.In this context,general teachers in rural primary schools need to clearly recognize the fundamental value pursuit of"double reduction"policy to establish morality and cultivate people,grasp the educational nature of after-school service and its own mission,follow the law of all-round education in rural primary education,give full play to the role of general support and strengthen the capacity of after-school service for rural primary school students.In response to the challenges faced by general teachers in rural primary schools,such as imperfect after-school service system,inefficient and repeated after-school service,reduced sense of achievement of after-class service,psychological burnout of after-school service,we should explore countermeasures to solve problems from several dimensions:to improve the training level of general teachers in rural primary schools as a solid strategy,to fully mobilize multiple parties to"reduce the burden",so as to form a"family-school-community"education synergy as a linkage strategy,to optimize online teacher communication and develop online resources according to local conditions as the informatizational strategy,to reasonably and appropriately explore students’participation in service work as a supplementary strategy,to construct a new and dynamic educational ecology and help primary school students grow up in a comprehensive,sufficient and sustainable manner.
