摘要
采用不同SBS掺量的改性沥青进行软化点试验,通过变化试验条件(加热介质、浇模温度、下坠距离)分析不同SBS掺量改性沥青的软化点试验的变化规律,并分析软化点试样下坠距离与温度的关系。试验结果表明,软化点试验过程分为基质沥青抵抗高温初始形变、SBS三维立体结构抵抗高温变形下坠和SBS三维立体网状结构高温破坏后的下坠过程3个阶段;同时试验结果表明软化点浇模温度应在预估软化点以上90~110℃,旋转黏度小于0.5 Pa•s时的试验结果较为真实。
The softening point test of modified asphalt with deferent SBS dosage is used,and the venation rule ot the softening point test of modified aphalt with dfTerent SBS doage is analyzed by changing the test conditions(heating medium,molding temperature,and falling distance),and the relationship between the falling distance and temperature of the softening point sampte is analyzed.The tess results show ttat the softening point tess process is divided into three sages:the inuiat deformation of the bass asphalt resistant to high temperature,the falling of the SBS three dimensional structure resistant te high temperature deformation,and the falling process of the SBS three dimensional mesh structure after high emperature destroy.At tte same time,the more realistic test results con be obtained when the mold temperature ot tte softening point test is 90〜110℃ above the estioated soOening point and the brookfielt viscosite is less than 0.5 Pa•s.
