摘要
针对聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)/聚碳酸酯(PC)合金材料,双螺杆挤出工艺中的酯交换反应,通过流变学、热学、光谱学及电镜分析的手段,考察了加工温度、螺杆转速、锑白含量、树脂水份含量这4个因素对于共混中酯交换反应及合金性能的影响作用。实验结果表明,PBT/PC合金性能受到酯交换反应的影响,是酯交换过程中合金间增容作用与合金分子链断链刚性增强相互竞争的结果,锑白和水分含量均能在不同程度上影响材料性能。实验中获取了实验条件下的最优加工参数,即350 r/min转速与230℃加工温度。
In view of the transesterification reaction in the twin-screw extrusion process of polybutylene terephthalate/polycarbonate(PBT/PC)alloy materials, the effects of four factors, such as, processing temperature, screw speed, antimony white content and resin moisture content on the transesterification reaction and alloy properties in the blend were investigated by means of rheological, thermal, spectroscopic and electron microscopic analysis.The experimental results show that the properties of PBT/PC alloy are affected by transesterification reaction, which is the result of the competition between the compatibilization and the alloys and the rigidity enhancement of alloy molecular chain breaking during transesterification.Antimony white and moisture content can affect the properties of the material to varying degrees.The optimal processing parameters under the experimental conditions, namely 350 r/min speed and 230 ℃ processing temperature, are obtained in the experiment.
