摘要
为实现油井泥浆计量仪外壳的快速开发和使用验证,结合计算机辅助工程(CAE)和液晶显示光固化技术(LCD)进行了外壳的快速开发。其力学仿真结果表明外壳数模结构满足使用强度要求,在光固化成型过程中不同设备与树脂之间存在一定的匹配性问题,需根据树脂的固化特性调节打印参数从而提高打印质量,最终制得外壳成品经现场使用验证符合设计要求。本研究从产品零件的仿真强度校核,到光固化制造以及使用验证,给出了CAE技术结合LCD光固化技术应用于新产品快速开发的全流程,并对LCD光固化制造中主要的缺陷问题进行了分析和解决。
In order to achieve the rapid development and application verification of the shell of oil mud measuring instrument shell,computer aided engineering(CAE)technology and liquid-crystal display(LCD)light curing technology were combined to develop the shell quickly.The mechanical simulation results show that the digital modulus structure of the shell meets the requirements of the using strength,and there are certain matching problems between different equipments and resin in the process of light curing molding,the printing parameters should be adjusted according to the curing characteristics of resin to improve the printing quality.The final shell product is verified to satisfy the design requirements by field.In this study,the whole process of CAE technology combined with LCD light curing technology applied to the rapid development of new products is given from the simulation strength checking of product parts to the light curing manufacturing and application verification,and the main defects in LCD light curing manufacturing are analyzed and solved.
