多元智能理论视角下汽车产业高技能人才职业能力路径探索与建设

Exploration and Construction of Vocational Ability Path of High-skilled Talents in the Automotive Industry from the Perspective of Multiple Intelligence Theory

摘要 从多元智能理论的角度出发,以高职院校汽车专业师生、企业专家为调研对象,针对汽车产业高技能人才职业能力培养现状及困境,进行问卷设计、数据采样和统计分析,同时比较、借鉴国内外培养路径优势,提出汽车产业高技能人才职业能力培养路径及策略,为培养我省急需的高素质汽车应用型人才提供政策依据。 From the perspective of multiple intelligence theory,taking the teachers and students of automotive majors and enterprise experts in vocational colleges and universities as the research objects,according to the current situation and dilemma of vocational ability training of high-skilled talents in the automotive industry,questionnaire design,data sampling and statistical analysis are carried out,and at the same time,the advantages of training paths at home and abroad are compared and borrowed from the advantages of training paths at home and abroad,and the vocational ability training paths and strategies of high-skilled talents in the automotive industry are proposed,so as to provide policy basis for cultivating high-quality automotive application talents urgently needed in our province.
