摘要
《铁路隧道设计规范(极限状态法)》(Q/CR 9129—2018)使得概率极限状态法在铁路隧道结构设计领域得到迅速发展,但常规计算中引用的经验值“荷载分担比”对结果有很大影响,可建立初期支护与二次衬砌共同作用的复合式衬砌模型避免其影响。为了排除“荷载分担比”的模糊影响、实现独立进行复合衬砌结构设计,开发了铁路隧道复合式衬砌结构设计的专业软件CLAS,该软件支持对单层衬砌模型和复合衬砌模型进行3种设计方法计算,包括破损阶段法、极限状态法、可靠度分析。该软件由软件界面、前处理、截面检算、可靠度分析、后处理5部分组成。前处理支持导入AutoCAD文件完成几何建模;截面检算可采用破损阶段法和极限状态法,实现内力分析、安全性检算和配筋计算;可靠度分析提供JC法和蒙特卡罗法的计算;后处理提供结果数值导出与云图显示、计算报告生成功能。工程应用表明,CLAS功能全面、操作简单,精度满足工程要求;“荷载分担比”经验值对二次衬砌拱顶处的荷载有明显低估,复合衬砌模型能更有效地反映衬砌结构的受力情况。
The Code for Design of Railway Tunnel(Limit State Method)(Q/CR 9129—2018)has facilitated the rapid application of the probabilistic limit state method on the design of railway tunnel structures.But the empirical value of the“load sharing ratio”quoted in the conventional calculation has a great influence on the results,which can be avoided by establishing a composite lining model of the interaction between the primary lining and the secondary lining.To exclude the fuzzy influence of the“load sharing ratio”and realize the independent design calculation of composite lining structure,the professional software CLAS was developed for the design of composite lining structure of railroad tunnels,which supported the calculation of three design methods for single-layer lining model and composite lining model,including breakage stage method,limit state method,reliability analysis.The software comprises five parts:software interface,pre-processing,section check,reliability analysis,and post-processing.The pre-processing can complete geometric modeling by importing AutoCAD files.The section check can adopt the breakage stage method and limit state method to realize internal force analysis,safety check,and reinforcement calculation of the section.The reliability analysis can provide the calculation of the JC method and the Monte Carlo method.The post-processing can provide the result value export and cloud chart display,and calculation report generation function.The engineering application shows that CLAS has comprehensive functions and accuracy to meet the engineering requirements compared with other software.In addition,the empirical value of the load sharing ratio has significantly underestimated the load at the top of the secondary lining,while the composite lining model can reflect the force situation of the lining structure more effectively.
