摘要
目的:探讨快速康复护理在腹腔镜阑尾切除术中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年5月惠州市第六人民医院收治的行腹腔镜阑尾切除术的患者200例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各100例。观察组给予快速康复护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预。比较两组患者临床指标、血常规和C反应蛋白水平、术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组住院时间、进食时间短于对照组,抗生素使用频率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后2 d,观察组红细胞计数高于对照组,血小板计数及白细胞水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组C反应蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复护理在腹腔镜阑尾切除术中的应用效果显著,可有效加快其康复进程,改善患者临床指标,降低C反应蛋白水平,改善血常规水平,安全性较高。
Objective:To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods:Two hundred patients admitted to Huizhou Sixth People's Hospital who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy from February 2019 to May 2020 were selected as observation subjects and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,100 cases each.The observation group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the control group was given conventional nursing intervention.The clinical indexes,blood routine and C-reactive protein levels,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups were compared.Results:The hospitalization time and feeding time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the frequency of antibiotic use was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).At 2 d after surgery,the erythrocyte count of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the blood platelet count and white blood cell level were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The C-reactive protein level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in laparoscopic appendectomy is effective,which can effectively accelerate its recovery process,improve patients'clinical indexes,reduce C-reactive protein level and improve blood routine level with high safety.
