摘要
目的:观察叙事护理干预对血液透析诱导期患者的负性情绪和遵医行为的影响。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年6月东莞市东华医院收治的血液透析诱导期患者100例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予叙事护理干预,比较两组患者负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、遵医率、并发症发生率、生活质量(生活质量量表)。结果:干预后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组遵医率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将叙事护理干预应用于血液透析诱导期患者护理中,有助于防止患者出现负性情绪,提升患者的遵医嘱率、生活质量,预防并发症。
Objective:To observe the effect of narrative nursing intervention on negative emotions and obeying the doctor's behavior of patients in the induction period of hemodialysis.Methods:One hundred patients admitted to Dongguan Donghua Hospital during the induction period of hemodialysis from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases each.The control group was given conventional nursing interventions and the observation group was given narrative nursing interventions.The negative emotions[anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS),depression self-assessment scale(SDS)],obeying the doctor's behavior rate,complication rate,and quality of life(quality of life scale)of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,SAS and SDS scores decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The obeying the doctor's behavior rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The psychological function,physical function,social function,and material life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying narrative nursing intervention to the care of patients in the induction period of hemodialysis can help prevent negative emotions,improve patients'compliance rate and quality of life,and prevent complications.
