摘要
谢默斯·希尼的诗歌多以音景描写进行隐喻构建,充分调动读者的听觉感官。本研究结合听觉叙事中的音景与语用学关联理论中的临时概念构建“音景-临时概念”理论模式,以希尼的五首代表性诗歌为语料,对其中隐喻的生成机制进行阐析。研究发现,希尼诗歌中的韵律、声音描写词对隐喻意义的构建具有重要作用,运用“音景-临时概念”理论模式可以有效解析诗歌中的隐喻,有助于把握诗歌的主题内涵。
In Seamus Heaney’s poems, soundscape description is often adopted to construct metaphorical meanings to fully stimulate readers’ auditory sensory. From the perspective of the soundscape in auditory narrative and the ad hoc concept based on relevance theory in pragmatics, this paper constructs a theoretical framework called soundscape-ad hoc concept model from the theories of two different fields, and analyzes the generated mechanism of metaphor in Heaney’s five representative poems. It is found that the words of rhythm and sound description in Heaney’s poems play an important role in the construction of metaphorical meanings, and the metaphors and themes of his poems could be effectively analyzed by means of soundscapead hoc concept model.
