摘要
研究了含有Cr、Mo、Cu元素的灰铸铁制动盘微观组织与开箱时间的关系,结果发现:开箱时间较短时,制动盘靠近冒口附近区域容易产生贝氏体、屈氏体、残余奥氏体及马氏体组织,从而使得局部硬度过高而不均匀,且车削指标不易控制;开箱时间大于一定时间时,基体组织在圆周方向上基本全部为珠光体组织,硬度分布均匀;最终确定能够稳定控制这种灰铸铁材料制动盘微观组织均匀稳定和硬度分布均匀的开箱时间不低于60 min。
The relationship between microstructure of gray iron brake discs containing Cr,Mo and Cu elements and unpacking time was studied.It was found that when the unpacking time was short,bainite,troostite,retained austenite and martensite structure were easy to form near the riser of the brake disc.So that the local hardness was too high and uneven,and the turning process was difficult to control,when the unpacking time was longer than a certain period,the matrix structure was nearly all pearlite in the circumferential direction.The hardness distribution was uniform.It was finally determined that the unpacking time that could stably control the microstructure and hardness distribution of the gray iron brake disc was not less than 60 minutes.
