最低形变能条件下摆线针轮承载啮合区间确定方法 被引量:3

Determination Method of Load Meshing Performance of Cycloidal Pin Gear under Condition of Minimum Deformation Energy

摘要 针对摆线针轮缺乏有效载荷分析方法的问题,本文提出了一种基于最低形变能的摆线针轮负载特性分析方法。通过引入最低形变能,确定了实际的同时啮合齿数,获取了符合工程实际的真实负载特性,并通过有限元仿真和测量实验,验证了引入最低形变能理论分析方法的正确性和有效性。结果表明:最大可能啮合齿数的预测结果、利用能量最低原理计算的结果和有限元分析结果均为16齿,理论计算、实际测量和仿真分析的传动误差曲线都呈现出相对一致的抛物线趋势,其最大波动幅度分别为3.83′、3.66′和3.70′。 Aiming at the lack of effective load analysis method,a load analysis method of cycloidal pin wheel based on minimum deformation energy was proposed.By introducing the minimum deformation energy,the actual number of simultaneous meshing teeth was determined,and the real load characteristics in line with the engineering practice were obtained.Through finite element simulation and measurement experiments,the correctness and effectiveness of the theoretical analysis method of minimum deformation energy introduced were verified.The results show that the predicted maximum possible number of teeth,the results calculated by the principle of minimum energy and the results of finite element analysis are all 16 teeth.The transmission error curves of theoretical calculation,actual measurement and simulation analysis show a relatively consistent parabolic trend,and the maximum fluctuation ranges are 3.83′,3.66′and 3.70′respectively.
