摘要
风电桨叶通过大螺栓与叶轮连接,由风和自重产生的力、力矩使桨叶和螺栓经受变化的振幅循环荷载,在雷电、台风等恶劣自然环境中,桨叶容易受到损坏,严重时,需要对桨叶进行拆除和更换。通过单支桨叶空中拆换技术的分析,针对拆换工艺流程、质量安全控制措施进行了研究,并提出了未来有待进一步改进的方向。
Wind power fan blades are connected with the impeller through big bolts.The force and torque generated by wind and dead weight make the blades and bolts withstand cyclic load of varying amplitude.Under harsh natural conditions,such as lightning and typhoon,the blades are prone to damage.In this paper,the in-situ disassembly and replacement technology of single blade is introduced,the disassembly and replacement process and the quality and safety control measures are studied,and the direction for further improvement is proposed.
