摘要
以新疆某桥梁项目为例,建立有限元BIM模型作为理论受力状态,通过先进传感采集技术,采集桥梁在现浇、预制、安装和受力全过程中的表观状态、几何状态、变形模式及应力场状态,通过物联技术将各类数据信息汇入BIM平台,进行大数据分析,及时掌握实际中桥梁的质量状态,实现恶劣环境条件下桥梁施工质量问题及时发现、及时调整,显著降低施工风险与施工周期,提高桥梁施工质量。该研究可为相关桥梁工程中BIM和物联网结合技术应用提供参考。
Taking a bridge project in Xinjiang as an example,a finite element BIM model is established as the theoretical stress state.Through advanced sensing acquisition technology,the apparent state,geometric state,deformation mode and stress field state of the bridge in the whole process of cast-in-place,prefabrication,installation and stress are collected.Through the couplet technology,all kinds of data and information are imported into the BIM platform to carry out big data analysis,and grasp the actual quality state of the bridge in time.To achieve timely detection and adjustment of bridge construction quality problems under adverse environmental conditions,significantly reduce construction risk and construction cycle,and improve bridge construction quality.This study can provide reference for the application of BIM and Internet of Things technology in related bridge engineering.
