生物菌肥对桃园土壤养分及叶片氮磷钾含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为探索生物菌肥对桃园土壤养分与叶片氮、磷、钾含量的影响,以桃品种早露蟠为研究对象,以常规施肥(CK)为对照,比较了沟施20与40 kg/株的生物菌肥对桃树根际土壤养分及叶片氮磷钾含量的影响,并分析桃树根际土壤养分与其叶片氮磷钾含量的相关性。结果表明:施用生物菌肥后,桃树根际土壤pH值降低了,根际土壤的速效氮、速效磷、速效钾和全氮含量提高了,桃叶的全氮、全磷、全钾含量也增加了;相关性分析结果显示,叶片全氮与土壤有机质和全钾分别呈显著正相关和显著负相关关系,叶片全磷与土壤有机质呈显著正相关关系,叶片全钾与土壤pH值和土壤有机质分别呈显著负相关和显著正相关关系。这表明生物菌肥施入桃树土壤后能明显提高土壤养分,增加有机质含量,也可有效增加其叶片的氮磷钾含量。因此,在桃园常规施肥管理中,而应结合土壤养分和叶片营养诊断结果方可做到科学、平衡施肥,进而提高土壤的固肥能力。 This study used a flat peach cultivar Zaolupan(Prunus persica var. Compressa cv. Zaolu) as the test material and conventional fertilization as CK to compare the effects between two levels of bacterial manure(furrow fertilization at 20 and 40kg/plant) on rhizosphere soil nutrients and N, P and K contents in peach leaves. In addition, the relationship between rhizosphere soil nutrients and peach leaf N, P and K contents after applying bacterial manure was analyzed. The results showed that after bacterial manure application, soil pH value reduced, whereas, available N, available P, available K and total N in rhizosphere soil increased;the total N, total P and total K contents of peach leaves increased. The results of correlation analysis found that the total N content of peach leaves had a significantly positive correlation with soil organic matter and a significantly negative correlation with soil total K content;the total P content of the leaves were significantly positively related with soil organic matter;the total K content of the leaves had a significantly negative correlation with soil pH value, and a significantly positive correlation with soil organic matter. That means the application of bacterial manure into rhizosphere soil of peach trees can obviously improve soil nutrients, increase organic matter content, thus increasing N, P and K contents of the leaves. Therefore, in the conventional fertilization management of peach orchards,it should pay attention to scientific and balanced fertilization according to the diagnosis results of soil nutrients and leaf nutrition state,so as to improve nutrient preserving capability of soil.
