上方卸载作用下盾构隧道变形特征分析 被引量:2

摘要 处于软土地区内的盾构隧道对保护区内施工活动影响较为敏感。由于盾构隧道为拼装结构,受上方卸载影响产生的变形并非刚体位移,因此,准确认识盾构隧道的变形特征对地铁的运营安全至关重要。在对卸载作用下盾构隧道的变形进行研究时,将管片接头等效为弱化接触面的混凝土梁,采用数值模拟方法便可以分析不同开挖空间尺寸对隧道的变形影响。研究结果表明:隧道上方卸载量越大,隧道竖向隆起量就越大;隧道径向收敛变形属于管片结构内部变形,在上方卸载作用下,其横径收敛与隧道隆起变形同时发生且变形趋势相悖;卸载作用影响若在隧道管片结构可承受范围内,则管片径向变形是可以在内部均衡协调的。 Shield tunnels in soft soil areas are more sensitive to the impact of construction activities in protected areas.Because the shield tunnel is an assembled structure and the deformation caused by the upper unloading above is not a rigid displacement, an accurate deformation characteristics of the shield tunnel is very important for the operation safety of the subway. During the studying deformation of shield tunnel under unloading, the segment joint is equivalent to a concrete beam with weakened contact surface, and the deformation effects of different excavation space sizes on the tunnel are analyzed by numerical simulation. The research results show that the greater the upper unloading, the greater the vertical heave of the tunnel;The radial convergence deformation of tunnel belongs to the internal deformation of segment structure. Under the action of upper unloading, its transverse convergence and heave deformation of the tunnel occur at the same time, and the deformation trend are contrary to each other;If the unloading effect is within the tolerable range of the tunnel segment structure, the radial deformation of the segment will be an internal self-equilibrium coordination.
