摘要
液压开铁口机是高炉炼铁关键设备之一,其性能直接影响高炉的正常运行。目前,国内大型高炉使用的液压开铁口机均由国外进口,虽性能较优越,但价格昂贵,维修配件难以采购,给现场维护工作带来了不便,也增加了高炉炼铁维修成本。针对上述问题,对进口液压开铁口机从原理、设计理论等方面进行分析论证,对关键零部件的尺寸设计进行优化,同时,通过对关键零部件的材质和热处理工艺进行对比,对液压开铁口机的支座、回转机构、吊挂机构、钻架机构及液压系统进行改造,有效提升了液压开铁口机综合使用性能,实现液压开铁口机整机国产化,解决了国内钢铁工业领域大型高炉液压开铁口机关键技术瓶颈。
Hydraulic taphole openers are one of the key pieces of equipment in blast furnace ironmaking. Its working reliability is directly related to the normal production of blast furnace systems. At present, the hydraulic taphole drill used in domestic large blast furnaces is imported completely from abroad. Although its performance is superior, the price is very expensive, and the maintenance accessories are difficult to purchase,which causes inconvenience to the field maintenance work. It also puts much pressure on the maintenance cost of blast furnace ironmaking. In view of the above problems, the imported hydraulic taphole drill is analyzed and demonstrated from the aspects of principle, design theory and so on, the dimension design of key parts is optimized and analyzed, the material and heat treatment process of the key parts are analyzed and tested, and the optimum performance of the hydraulic taphole drill is achieved through modification. Finally, the domestic production of hydraulic taphole drills is realized, and thus, the key technical bottleneck of large-scale blast furnace taphole drills in the domestic steel industry is solved.
