摘要
小型水库在蓄洪缓洪、农业供水灌溉、山洪灾害防御等方面都发挥着重要作用,全面研究太原市15座小型水库运行管理情况,并根据山西省小型水库运行管理标准化建设的要求,从组织管理、安全管理、运行管理、经济管理四个方面进行总结,重点探讨太原市小型水库运行管理存在的问题,并针对性的提出对策建议。
Small reservoirs play an important role in flood storage and mitigation,agricultural water supply and irrigation,mountain flood disaster prevention,etc. According to the requirements of standardized construction of operation and management of small reservoirs in Shanxi Province,the operation and management of 15 small reservoirs in Taiyuan City were summarized from four aspects of organization management,safety management,operation management and economic management. At the same time,the existing problems of operation and management of small reservoirs in Taiyuan City were discussed emphatically,and targeted countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
