摘要 甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)的肿瘤微环境相关因子表达及其意义已成为目前研究热点。其潜在的免疫治疗也是继手术、放疗、化疗及靶向治疗后的新兴治疗手段,日益受到重视。目前已有相当数量的国内外文献报道PTC的肿瘤微环境相关因子,但仍未就这些因子的表达及其意义达成共识。这可能与PTC密切相关联的两种自身免疫性甲状腺病有关,包括桥本甲状腺炎(HT)及Graves病(GD)。由于它们的免疫共存机制截然不同,在进行肿瘤微环境相关因子的相关研究时,应该对PTC患者进行相应的免疫分组。本文就PTC肿瘤微环境相关因子国内外的研究进展,从HT合并PTC、GD合并PTC及其相关的免疫共存机制等展开综述。 The expression of tumor microenvironment-related factors in papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC)and their significance have become a current research hotspot.Its potential immunotherapy is also an emerging therapeutic tool after surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy and targeted therapy,and is receiving increasing attention.A considerable number of tumor microenvironment-related factors in PTC have been reported in domestic and international literature,but there is still no consensus on the expression and significance of these factors.This maybe related to two autoimmune thyroid diseases that are closely associated with PTC,including Hashimoto thyroiditis(HT)and Graves'disease(GD).Their distinct immune coexistence mechanisms,patients with papillary thyroid cancer should be immunologically grouped accordingly when conducting studies related to tumor microenvironment-related factors.In this study,we review the progress of research on domestic and international results of tumor microenvironment-related factors in PTC,from HT-PTC,GD-PTC,and their related immune coexistence mechanisms.
