摘要
针对高超防御作战体系效能评估展开研究,提出一种基于组合赋权和逼近理想解排序(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution, TOPSIS)的体系效能评估方法。通过将网络层次分析(Analytic Network Process, ANP)法得到的主观权重,与改进CRITIC(Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation, CRITIC)与熵权法结合得到的客观权重进行赋权组合,在此基础上引入TOPSIS法进行综合评价,得到评估和排序结果。通过实例分析,验证了该方法的正确性和有效性,可以为方案制定和指挥决策提供依据,为提高高超防御作战体系效能提供参考。
Aiming at the evaluation of the effectiveness of the hypersonic defense combat system, a method for evaluating the effectiveness of the hypersonic defense combat system based on the combined weighting, and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS) method is proposed.The subjective weight obtained by the analytic network process(ANP) method and the objective weight obtained by combining the improved criteria importance through intercriteria correlation(CRITIC)and the entropy weight method are weighted and combined.On this basis, the TOPSIS method is introduced to comprehensive evaluation, and the evaluation and ranking results are obtained.Through example analysis, the correctness and effectiveness of the method are verified, which can provide a basis for formulating plans and command decisions, and provide a reference for improving the effectiveness of the hypersonic defense combat system.
