摘要
在乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)中添加一定量硅橡胶(SiR)制备混炼胶,采用超临界N2发泡制备了EVA/SiR共混发泡材料,测定了不同比例EVA/SiR共混发泡材料的泡孔结构和机械性能,研究了不同SiR含量(0~50)对EVA/SiR共混发泡材料的影响。结果表明,SiR可以提升EVA/SiR共混发泡材料的交联程度,降低材料密度,减小泡孔尺寸和泡孔分布,提高材料回弹性能,降低压缩模量,提高了材料的亲肤性能。其中,m(EVA)/m(SiR)=80/20的共混发泡材料综合性能最佳,具有一定的应用前景。
In this study, a certain amount of silicone rubber(SiR) was added to ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) to prepare a mixed rubber, and an EVA/SiR blended foam material was prepared by supercritical N2 foaming.The cell structure and mechanical properties of EVA/SiR blended foams with different ratios were determined.The effects of different SiR contents(0phr~50phr) on EVA/SiR blended foam materials were studied.The results show that SiR can improve the degree of cross-linking of EVA/SiR blended foam materials, reduce material density, reduce cell size and cell distribution, improve material resilience, reduce compression modulus, and improve the skin-friendly properties of the material.The blended foam material with EVA/SiR=80/20 has the best comprehensive performance and has certain application prospects in this study.
