摘要 “三个课堂”是信息技术与教育融合发展的载体,是促进义务教育优质均衡发展的动力。“三个课堂”在助力义务教育优质均衡发展中具有构建“互联网+教育”新生态、稳定教师队伍和促进教育公平的价值意蕴。“三个课堂”和义务教育优质均衡发展之间具有关联逻辑、历史逻辑和现实逻辑,需以现代信息技术为依托,保障“三个课堂”基础动能;以教师教研和培训为支撑,激发“三个课堂”核心潜能;以常态化按需应用为目标,增强“三个课堂”应用效能。 “Three Classrooms” is the carrier of the integrated development of information technology and education, as well as the driving force for promoting the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education. The “three classrooms” has the value implication of building a new ecology of “Internet + education”, stabilizing the teaching staffs and promoting education equity. In consideration of the logic of correlation, history and reality between “three classrooms” and the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education, it is imperative to ensure the basic driving momentum of “three classrooms” by relying on modern information technology, to stimulate its core potential through the support of teachers’ teaching research and training, and to enhance its application efficiency with the regular on-demand application as the goal.
