摘要
智能化就医模式发展迅速,给患者带来了很多便利,但老年患者对新模式的适应性不足,就医存在一定障碍。门诊空间设计如何兼顾医院的智能化发展与老年患者需求是研究的主要问题。通过文献研究、行为观察、设计分析以及案例研究等方法,首先对老年患者的生理、心理及就诊行为特征进行了分析,进而探究了医疗服务及候诊两类空间在适老化设计方面存在的突出问题。最后,从功能布局和环境氛围两个层面,针对重点空间提出了适老化设计策略,为智能化背景下大型综合医院门诊的空间设计提供理论参考。
The rapid development of intelligent medical treatment mode has brought a lot of convenience to patients, but the elderly patients are not adaptable to this new mode, so there are some obstacles in their medical treatment process. How to give consideration to the development of intelligence and the needs of elderly patients in outpatient space design is the main problem of the study. Through literature research, behavior observation, design analysis and case study, firstly, the physiological, psychological and health seeking behavior characteristics of elderly patients were analyzed. Then, the prominent problems in the aging design of medical service space and waiting space were explored. Finally, we put forward the aging design strategy for each space from two levels of functional layout and environmental atmosphere, which provides a theoretical reference for the outpatient space design of large general hospital under the background of intelligence.
