摘要
针对原圆柱滚子轴承保持架兜孔锁爪导致锁量不合适的问题,分析其主要原因为钻、铣、拉兜孔时保持架与工装配合后同轴度差,铣爪时工装圆周定位精度差,劈爪时2次冲压的同一兜孔两侧的锁爪弯曲程度不一致,提出以下改进措施:在钻、铣前增加磨两平面、细磨外径面、精车内径面或细磨内径面工序,将径向钻模和拉方孔模与保持架之间的间隙配合改为过渡配合,铣爪时将以兜孔定位改为以过梁定位,定位柱改为V形定位槽,将劈爪用单锥形冲头改为双冲头结构。采用改进后工艺加工的圆柱滚子轴承保持架兜孔锁爪加工质量高,锁量一致性高,提高了加工效率。
Aimed at inappropriate locking amount caused by locking claws of cylindrical roller bearing cage pockets, the main reasons are analyzed as follows: poor coaxiality between cages and tooling during drilling, milling and drawing of pockets;low circumferential positioning accuracy of tooling during milling of claws;inconsistent bending degree of locking claws on both sides of same pocket punched for two times during splitting of claws. The following improvement measures are proposed: before drilling and milling, the grinding of two planes, fine grinding of outer diameter surface, fine turning of inner diameter surface or fine grinding of inner diameter surface are added;the clearance fit between radial drilling die and drawing square hole die and cages is changed to transition fit;when milling of claws, positioning with pockets is changed to positioning with bridges, the positioning column is changed to V-shaped positioning slot, and the single cone punch for splitting of claws is changed into double punch structure. The locking claws of cylindrical roller bearing cage pockets processed by improved technology has high processing quality, high consistency of locking amount and improved processing efficiency.
